This 4-week introductory mindfulness and meditation program offers a supportive, accessible introduction to practices that help cultivate presence, ease, and self-awareness. Each week builds gradually, with simple guided meditations and practical reflections designed for everyday life. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to pause and explore. Together, we’ll learn how mindfulness can help meet stress, emotions, and daily challenges with greater steadiness, kindness, and clarity. The emphasis is on learning gently, at your own pace, in a warm and inclusive space. This course is offered at no cost to all attendees.
This class begins on April 16th and will meet each Thursday through May 7th. Meeting dates will be April 16th, April 23rd, April 30th and May 7th. All classes will begin at 7:15 pm and will last 1 hour. By RSVPing for this event, you are committing to attend each week of the course.
